Prisderma is committed to delivering high-quality skincare products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, returns and refunds are governed by specific conditions described in this policy. By placing an order on the Prisderma website, customers acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the terms outlined in this Return and Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

Returns, replacements, or refunds may be approved under the following conditions:

  • Delivery of an incorrect product
  • Product received in damaged, leaked, or defective condition
  • Product delivered past its expiry date
  • Missing items from the order

All requests are subject to verification and approval.

To qualify for return:

1.B. Patch Test Advisory

Customers are strongly advised to perform a patch test before full application.

Prisderma shall not be liable for any adverse reactions arising due to failure to conduct a patch test or individual product incompatibility.

2. Return Request Timeline

All issues must be reported within the following timelines:

  • Within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, missing, incorrect, or expired products

Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

3. Verification of Return, replacement and refund Requests

Customers must initiate a request by providing:

  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting images or videos

Upon approval:

  • A reverse pickup may be arranged, or
  • Customers may be instructed to ship the product

Pickup is typically attempted within 48 hours, subject to logistics availability.

Returned items may undergo a quality check to confirm eligibility. ROZER PHARMACEUTICALS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet required conditions.

Unboxing Evidence Requirement
Customers are advised to record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video at the time of delivery. Claims related to missing, damaged, or incorrect items may be rejected if such evidence is not provided.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity considerations, certain items may not be eligible for return or refund once delivered.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that are opened, used, or tampered with (except approved reaction cases)
  • Requests raised beyond specified timelines
  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or negligence

5. Replacement Policy

If a return request is approved due to the product being damaged, defective, or incorrect, ROZER PHARMACEUTICALS PRIVATE LIMITED may offer a replacement of the same product subject to product availability.

The replacement product will be shipped to the customer’s registered shipping address once the return request has been approved and any required verification procedures have been completed.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, the company may provide an alternative solution such as issuing a refund in accordance with this policy.

5A. Promotional / Discount Orders

Orders placed under sales, promotional campaigns, or discount coupons may be subject to modified return, replacement, or refund conditions, as communicated at the time of purchase.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds will be initiated only after:

  • The request has been reviewed and approved by Prisderma
  • The returned product has been received and passed quality inspection (if applicable)

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Replacement is not available
  • The issue qualifies under this policy
  • The request has been approved after verification

Refund Timelines:

  • Prepaid Orders: 5–7 business days
  • COD Orders: 10–15 business days (bank transfer/UPI)

Important Conditions:

  • Timeline starts only after approval/inspection
  • Shipping, COD, and handling charges are non-refundable unless fault is on Prisderma
  • Prisderma may decide the refund mode
  • Refunds are final and non-reversible
  • Requests do not guarantee refunds
  • Partial returns → refund only for approved items
  • In case of orders containing multiple products, refunds will be processed only for the specific items approved for return, and not for the entire order.

7. Cancellation of Orders

7A. Delivery Failure & RTO Clause

In cases where delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of shipping, return-to-origin (RTO), and handling charges

8. Limitation of Liability

ROZER PHARMACEUTICALS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be responsible for return or refund requests arising from circumstances beyond the company’s control, including but not limited to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, unsuccessful delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability, or misuse of the product after delivery.

8A. Fraud & Abuse Protection

Prisderma reserves the right to:

  • Deny returns, replacements, or refunds
  • Cancel orders

in cases of suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, repeated return patterns, or abuse of policies. All decisions shall be final.
